Replacing manual locking hubs.

Hi everybody!

My manual hubs on my 2006 f250 have become very hard to rotate so I would like to replace them. I saw that bronco graveyard has Warn hubs for a Dana 60 front axle. Is this what I need? My door sticker with the axle code is illegible, and I want to make sure I get the right hubs.

Thanks!

Those hubs are not going to work on your truck, you need to buy a set that is made for the wheel bearing hubs that the newer trucks have.

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to service your existing hubs?

I did not know they were serviceable. I sometimes have to take a vice grip to them for leverage....not sure if they can be savaged? Is it just a matter of removing them and greasing them up?

Thanks reford, would you use wheel bearing grease? Or does it not matter?
