ZF650 swap
Hello, I own a 1999 F250 sd 5 speed manual, v10. Can anyone please give me some specific details pertaining to swapping to a ZF650 6 speed transmission. Anyone here had any prior experience with this swap?

Basically find the six speed manual and swap it in place of your five speed. Same thing except the extra gear, if this was a auto to manual thread it would be a lot more involved

galaxy S4 using IB AutoGroup

Only a gas engine ZF will fit.

Excellent information sir. Now to find a gas 6 speed and see if I can get them to take the 5 speed for the core charge. Thanks for the good news.

Bit pricey but I found this the other day. Like everyone has said from manual to manual the swap should hopefully be pretty straight forward. I will be trying and auto to manual swap in a few years and have been looking into it a bit. Good luck!
