1987-1990 Part interchangeability
I am considering purchasing a 1990 F250 4wd diesel. It is at a dealer post auction. My neighbor has a1987, which, for legal reasons, cannot be licensed. The trucks look very similar, have the same engine and transmission, I believe. Are various 1997 parts, especially the box, likely to fit the 1990 truck?
Is there a publication of some sort which might be helpful?

Bed will fit off the 87 onto the 90. However the 87 if it is a diesel it is a 6.9L IDI and the 90 has a 7.3L IDI I believe few of those parts interchange. Anything body or interior wise will swap right over however.
