I have an extra lens I was going to try the headlight restore stuff on to see if it would clear it up. I have heard toothpaste works but never tried it.

I just did mine a couple weeks ago.
I wet sanded with 1200 grit. That's all I had and would go finer if you have it. Then I put a 6" buffing wheel in my hand held drill and buffed it out.
If I used my drill press, I found that I was using too much pressure and the plastic would just start to melt. I had a better feel with the drill.
The headlight stuff worked great! I can SEE my odometer now. Even from outside the truck. Before I could barely see it at all. I polished off all the gauges and it looks almost as good as new.
