Greetings from Bald Point FL. Coffee on the deck and watch the sun come up. At least six days worth. Corona after lunch. Good supper and screwdriver. Ragged cut offs the maximum wardrobe. I live all year for this.
I've been anticipating September all year long. Not only will temperatures start to fall (somewhat) but it also brings along CTC and my birthday. Work is going to shove it for a few days for my birthday so I can actually enjoy myself and get some things done around the house.
Who knows, might even take a little vacation or at least a small road trip just to get some new scenery for awhile. Been aching for a break for some time now and this month just looks like it will be the ticket.
Then it is on to CTC in October, and hoping I can at least show up in my truck this year. Either way, I'm so close to it that it hurts.
How ya'll are this evening? Back on a damn rig, hope to get in before the weekend though. It ever start cooling off any in south Ms?
What was that you said the other day Gator? "...it's hotter than my sister on our wedding night....!
Wife said it was really hot yesterday, we've had some pretty good wind from whatever depression is passing south of the rig, cooled it off somewhat out here.
We had a nice breeze here on the coast today, but it was still entirely too hot. Was outside cutting grass and straightening the yard up all day so I didn't get any time to work on my projects.
My how that "honey do..." list keeps getting longer and longer.
Though I did discover that I accidentally left the cab light on over night in my truck and it didn't kill the battery. Stuck the key in the ignition and it fired right up!
A little of both, you're lucky you got a good battery! If you had my luck, it would wait until you are a couple hundred miles from home before it won't start!

Evenin Ms! How Ya'll are?
David, back to reality eh?....
Howard, thanks for stopping by, It's hot on the water too.
Anybody heard from Gator lately? (if he's quiet, can't be a good thang!)
Just checking in fellers. We went to the auction tonight in Lucedale , got some more junk to go with our other junk. Sold 4 gals at the auction. Everybody was smiling when we left.
