More than likely it's actually the "Motorcraft Gold" or Zerex G05 in the aftermarket. It will say for sure in your owners manual. If you do not have the manual, go here Owner Manuals | fleet.ford.com
• Add Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant
(yellow-colored), VC-7–A (U.S., except CA and OR), VC-7–B
(CA and OR only), meeting Ford Specification
WSS-M97B51–A1.
Note: Use of Motorcraft Cooling System Stop Leak Pellets, VC-6, may
darken the color of Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant from
yellow to golden tan.
• Do not add/mix an orange-colored, extended life coolant such
as Motorcraft Speciality Orange Engine Coolant, VC-2 (US) or
CXC-209 (Canada), meeting Ford specification WSS-M97B44–D
with the factory-filled coolant. Mixing Motorcraft Speciality Orange
Engine Coolant or any orange-colored extended life product with your
factory filled coolant can result in degraded corrosion protection.
• A large amount of water without engine coolant may be added, in case
of emergency, to reach a vehicle service location. In this instance, the
cooling system must be drained and refilled with a 50/50 mixture of
engine coolant and distilled water as soon as possible. Water alone
(without engine coolant) can cause engine damage from corrosion,
overheating or freezing.
• Do not use alcohol, methanol, brine or any engine coolants
mixed with alcohol or methanol antifreeze (coolant). Alcohol
and other liquids can cause engine damage from overheating or
freezing.
• Do not add extra inhibitors or additives to the coolant. These
can be harmful and compromise the corrosion protection of the engine
coolant.

Owners manual will not help since I do not know if this the original coolant -- it better not be. That is why I am uncertain of the brand of this coolant.
Actually it very well could be, the gold coolant is designed to last for a very long time as long as the system is maintained properly. Is there any rust or mud in the tank? If it looks kinda yellow/clear it's the gold coolant. anything else would be very obvious. green/orange/red/purple/blue/pink etc...
Only other option would something crazy aftermarket like pentosin style lifetime clear, which you can find usually in european and japanese cars.
Several brands sell a universal coolant that will work fine. They are a clear/yellow color to take on the color that is all ready in the system. Yours probably come with Motorcraft gold, it does look some what clear.
DO NOT mix the "universal" with the gold, it IS NOT to be confused with dexcool. Different chemical makeups. bad ish can happen. I've been in the automotive and H/D cooling business for over twenty years, I have a fair bit of knowledge on these things. It's just like "drop-in" refrigerant... It doesnt exist.

Tanks looks clean from the outside. Thank you very much for the clarification.
