2007 E150 blower stops blowing?

2007 E150 blower stops blowing?
I have a 2007 Ford E250 van, v8 engine. The blower stops blowing some times. Just let off the accelerator a bit and it will come back on (as if related to engine vacuum) Push the gas and it wont come back on until you let of the accelerator. Has anybody got an idea, why?
