The last few days, when I click on a post link through email, the new post doesn't show... I have to immediately hit the refresh button to see the new one! Anyone else experience this?

Doesn't matter, if you have to hit reload then your browser or isp's proxy cache is ignoring the no-cache request and its not us. A server has no control over whether your browser reloads a page.
In your browser, assuming you're using Internet Explorer go to any post in the boards, click "View" and then "Source". You'll see the following in the cache:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="pragma" content="no cache">
That's telling your browser not to cache it. Ask Microsoft or your Internet provider for browser support, or restore whatever page settings you may have changed in your browser.
