Made a Huge Mistake!!!
Hey guys,
Figured I would let you in on a little issue I created for myself while doing studs on an early build 03 for a customer.
While tearing down the truck I found 2 injector connectors broken and cobbled together by the previous mechanic. So I saw on Riff Raffs site that the injector connectors are available, so I ordered them. I swapped them over and used the flat part of the connector as an index point....that's where it all went wrong.
So I finished the assembly, all went well, fired up the truck, ran a little rough figured it had air in the HPO system...NOPE!!!! Turns out I have 2 injector codes in it for cyls 2 & 8, the 2 I replaced the connectors on. So to shorten up the story use the slice in the connector when the harness side will plug into to index the connector the Alliant connectors are 180* out.
So here I sit waiting for a set of injector seals and washers....Oh whell, hope that this helps someone else out.

LOL Yup,
But oh well atleast it was something stupid like this and the cab didn't have to come off.
Been 1 of those weeks, live and learn I guess. Thanks for the great customer service, parts, prices, and shipping.
