Hi all,

I have a 2005 F-250 with the rear entertainment system in it. My daughter decided to put in a new movie and forgot to take out the other disc first. I was able to remove the discs but now it won't read any discs at all. I put in a disc, it says "loading disc" for about 2 seconds, and then it goes back to "no disc". I've tried the reset button numerous times. I've also tried unhooking the negative on both batteries under the hood for 30 seconds. Not sure what else to try.
