bad tranny slip
my tranny in my 94 f-150 sucks it shifts hard into second and sometimes at stop signs and lights when i go to take off it dosent catch the gear so the engine reves and then it catches the gear so it chirps the tires just for a split second one other thing is that it sometimes stalls when i shift into reverse my friends dad send to help with the shifting is to replace my tranny filter and refill the oil i dont know what i should do

If it's an E4OD it sounds like the sprag has failed. Time for a rebuild if that's the case. If the transmission is high mileage and the fluid has never been changed leave it alone. Many times the only thing keeping an old tranny working is the grit in the fluid.
