Hi there, I live in Portland Or, and all of the Ambulances here in the Metro area all went back to the V-10 due to the maintenance issues and the long down times.

UPDATE

The truck was returned today for the second time this week. Monday we got it back but it was blowing oil everywhere. It was easy to see. The crankcase vent was cracked. They didn't realize they had hit it with the cab when putting it down. Now, she is back and running strong with another new engine!
