As of Thursday evening 21-Aug, I finally got a tracking number after calling Greyhound in Olympia, WA. A few minutes later CS65 texted me the tracking number. I said I would update with news, this is the latest, thanks to all.

Reason: update
Sorry to hear about that but I always heard decent things about his parts selling business he has. It's understandable people are busy and can't keep up on other side jobs daily but there's a point where taking to long to follow through after funds are paid to ship an item gets ridiculous.
I'm speaking with Don on the phone right now (4:28 PM PDT), he has contacted the OP and has resolved the issue.
ND - Appreciate your intervention however its not quite resolved as of yet. I just got off the phone with CS65 as well and was told package will be on todays bus. I was told last week it would be on Monday or Tuesdays bus "latest". The week before that I was told it would ship the week before. I've requested the Waybill number or other confirmation and was just told on phone BY DON cs65 they dont have a way to track at Greyhound:
From Greyhound Websitehttp: //www.shipgreyhound.com/e/SitePages/TrackAPackage.aspx
"You may use the Waybill Number, the
Reference Number, or the
GPX-On-Line Order Number
to track a package."
Thanks again to you and everyone else helping me on this completely avoidable issue, its an absolute shame.

Reason: clarification
One question. Who the heck ships by bus anymore??????? I live in Montana and nothing has shipped on a bus in 30 years here. There are 2 new companies out there called UPS and FedEx I hear they do a pretty good job. They are even giving the USPS a run for their money.

Uhh I ship using bus from time to time. Along with many other from the forums. You can track through greyhound it's not the greatest up to date on there tracking but it's something instead of nothing. In some cases it's a lot cheaper to ship using bus instead of these 2 new haha rip off companies UPS and FedEx

Greyhound still in business? They quit running through here about 10 years ago. If you ship with them do they deliver to your doorstep or do you have to pick it up? Considering when they were running through here they only stopped at towns that were anywhere between 80 to 150 miles apart. That could lead to a pretty long drive for a package. Guess that is why everyone quit shipping by bus
A couple of years ago I shipped a large box with a 1/4 scale R/C plane and all the big shippers wanted over $150.00 to ship it to Texas from California.
I called Greyhound and they were only $47.00 and it got there in 4 days all safe and sound.
If the bus goes to where you want to ship Greyhound works great for big and odd shaped boxes.
To sum it up exactly what Larry said. I'm also into hobby shop rc's. You will need to go pick it up at the local bus station so if your close it's worth the little drive if not depending how far of a drive it's still cheaper. And also like he said fast travels most of the time no damage to package they do have a size/ weight limit though. Just as any shipping company.
Greyhound is a low cost alternative for larger packages and was suggested by camperspecial65, I agreed and sent him a check in advance for the shipping costs when he allegedly got an estimate for shipping costs. Yes - I already paid for shipping not shipped However....as the sun has surely set on the majestic Pacific Coast of the USA, lo and behold yet again silence reigns from our parts provider in question and no shipping details have been sent to me. How many folks think the items actually shipped? Anyone? I have my doubts.
The bus has been an alternative shipping method for years, good or bad, offering lower prices on bulky items.
It appears to me that the issue is not the method of shipping but the seller not completing his end of the transaction after he has received payment for an item. Mr. Wilson I hope you can help him get his shipping orders complete before more ugly post about him are made here on FTE.
