Missing spare tire hardware

Missing spare tire hardware
Truck in my sig is missing the spare and hardware to raise and lower it under the bed. I found some parts on AutoNation Ford's website but there is only one part available for purchase here: Spare Tire Carrier Winch/Spare Tire and Wheel for 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty
I think I have part labeled as #2, the tube that runs through the bumper, but I'm assuming I would need the other 3 parts listed #1,3,4. Can anyone decipher the drawing better than me? Only part #1 is available for purchase.

No what he really needs is a 16 yo kid to run
home and get the spare tire and change it for him.
Makes it a lot more easy on the back.

I guess I was looking to see what new parts would be and which to get to know what a good price would be from a yard.
Yahiko, my oldest is 2 1/2 so I've got a few years before he'll be doing the work for me,
On a side note, I kept a spare from my 7.3 to use with the 06 6.0l, they're not the same size, will I have problems running it if I need to with the larger diameter tires on the 06? I was thinking maybe it would be an issue in the back but I could always move the spare to the front and move one of the right diameter tires to the back if I have a flat in the rear? Any thoughts?
