Edelbrock Air Filter Assembly?

I want to replace my air filter assembly to the chrome Edelbrock air cleaner kit. But there will be one hoze coming from the oil cap then wont have a home and a vacuum hoze...Should I just hook up little universal filters to the end of those hozes when installing the new air filter assembly...??

you could do that, but the edelbrock air cleaner i bought had two holes you could poke out, and an adapter to attach the hose.
