I went (indirectly) from a '07 F150 CC to a '94 F250 SC. The F150 was a better vehicle in most ways - comfort, handling, ride, etc. In fuel economy it is a toss-up in daily driving, although at interstate speeds the '07 got much better mileage (3.73 vs. 4.10). But, we needed a truck that could handle a big trailer for a cross-country move, and the F150 simply wasn't equipped to pull that kind of weight as ours topped out at 9200 pounds. If you don't need the additional capabilities (and related pitfalls) of the F350, I'd stay with the 150.
