04 Expy with multiple issues.

Wifey wants to keep it around for years to come so I need some help from you all to fix it up. I have a 2004 Expy EB, 5.4L, 4wd.

Issues-
1- A/C heated seats not working. Switches won't even come on for a second. Fuses okay.

2- A/C cuts off after a while and I have to turn on the recirculate switch to get it back on.

3- Rear upper blend door clicking. Motors fine, but gears are broken. Any place to get just replacement gears?

4- Right mirror puddle light out. Can't find out how to get in there to replace it without breaking something.

5- Electronic pedal adjuster (in/out) stuck in one position.

6- Speedometer off. Put on new 315/70/17's about 5 mph under now. I have AutoEnginuity (AE) but I can't get it to change. Every time I try and initiate under tire size it says "in incorrect state."

7- Tires wear on the inside, camber is off. Can an alignment adjust camber to compensate for a constant load of 5 kids and gear?

8- The 2 user defined buttons don't seem to keep a memory and change when selected.

Thanks much.

3. Just buy the part, gears aren't available
4. There is one screw and a spring clip holding it in. To see the screw fold the mirror in. The spring clip can be seen under the mirror glass on the floor of the housing - push it down with a screw driver.

Are you sure the motor is fine, there are very common, I just replaced the blend air door motors in front and rear of my wife's exped. when you pull the motor you should be able to grab the door shaft and swing the door left to right, if it moves ok than its the motor, it works when there is no load but hold it with you fingers and change position, you will hear the motor click, plastic gears in there are junk and always strip.

Thanks for the help on the lens. Had the bulb out in no time, just need to go pick up the replacement.

The motor is fine as I took it apart and found the broken gears. New housing is now on order. Just seams silly that now days so many things are designed to be thrown out and not fixed.

1. There are control modules under the seats which sometimes go bad, I would check that power is making it to the seat to start with.
5. Here is the part you need https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...pedal-fix.html.

#3 I think this has been touched on a few times but why not beat a dead horse. I bought the entire actuator assembly on amazon for $35. Cross referenced the part number from fordparts.com. It is an updated model so hopefully it lasts.

Good luck with the rest! Its cheaper to keep her.
