ECM Replacement?

Hey guys, I just replaced the ecm in my '95 f350 with an automatic trans and it does not shift like it should. It seems to stay in OD all the time, I can shift it to lw and 2nd but it completely misses 3rd when i shift to drive. Could anyone please tell me what I can do to solve this problem.

Did you replace it with the same PCM code that came out of it?

I don't think so, I think I replaced the original code of #5-90A with code #5-89K.
