Regens

My truck is going through a regen about every 65 miles. Regens last about 10 minutes. Doesn't this seem too frequent? What could be the problem?

That's quite a bit. What's your driving style recently? My guess is a lot of stop/go and regen cancellations.

Do you have an edge cts or some other way to check the soot numbers?
You need to take it for a good drive on the highway to clean it out but it would be best to know when it is ready.

Actually it happens on highway miles 60 to 65 mph on my way to work. Its an hour drive with no stops. It will regen on the way to work and again on the way home. It's 65 miles one way.

Try fueling up at a different place to see if that could be an issue. Every 65 miles for your described driving habits sounds like too many regens, imo.

Are you growing oil? I'd check. Search for codes.

Could also be a leaky injector.

Sounds like one of the sensors is lying. 12 I think.
