It was a good day today, my F450 finally arrived at the dealer. Special thanks to Crystal for putting up with my persistent PMs of "is it here yet"...

So I heard this add on the radio the other day, not even sure what they advertising but I got a kick out of the first part of it.

"So why did you buy a F450 because the neighbor has an F350"

So the 31,000 lb towing version of the 450s are finally hitting the lots. Good to see.

 

Thanks for the comments. I will actually take the truck home this coming Tuesday because the dealer is adding some extras for us. Now that the truck is here we will be able to take delivery of our fifth wheel and we have our first trip out planned for the weekend after Labor Day. Can't wait..

I asked my wife today, while cruising thru the local Ford lot, which color truck she liked and she said 'the blue one I'm sitting in that's all paid for.' I didn't say anymore and just left the Ford lot and drove her out to the boat dealer and looked at pontoon boats and 4 wheelers. She was happy about that. You see, it's a trick to get what I really want. You just can't tell her, ok?

 

Factory 19.5s...I'm glad Ford finally pulled their head out of their butts and made the 450 the truck they advertise it to be!
