I have had mine for about a month now and the only problem I could think of was not owning one sooner

I've been tuned for around 3 years now, run my truck on the highest setting everyday in the warmer months, but usually turn it down for the winter. No issues yet. So I'd say they can take some extra hp.

No real common problems as long as you don't get any bad diesel. There are some earlier models with a bad valve that was fixed, some possible turbo issues...once again, resolved with later models. I've got a Job 2 2011 with just some minor annoyances (rear window slider doesn't always work, backup camera is fuzzy at times, etc). Other than that it's been great for towing my 5'er.

Depending where you live you can delete the exhaust/emissions system thus voiding any warranty. It will give you more power but if you're in the States the EPA will post a "wanted" picture of you in the post office. IMHO, the truck has plenty of power stock and doesn't need any more power. If I lay on the throttle from a stop the rears break loose very easily.

I agree that unless you just want a big 'ol exhaust pipe in the rear end then you should not screw with the DEF system until after warranty. If even then. I have heard they are expensive to replace, so maybe then...
The 6.7 is a trouble free beast from what I have experienced, been told, read about and heard the stories of. The rest of the pack is trying to catch up but with 5+ years and no real issues - can you say 6.0 / 6.4? - then leave it as is and tow, haul and mud away!

I'd drive the 6.7 a while before I started down the path of wanting more power. Hell, the thing will already spin its rear tires stock.

FWIW, 5-Star has a transmission only tune that better matches gearing to the power band and will make it seem a lot sportier. For example, it doesn't shift into 6th until 45 instead of 40 so no 800-900 rpm lugging, and downshifts back to 5th at 42 so it doesn't bog down going up a hill.
