I'm working on the 292 yblock engine off my 63 f100. I removed the crank pulley bolt, only to find out it was stripped on the lower 1/2" end of the bolt. Now I'd like to run a tap just to clean up the threads that were boogered, but I need to know what size tap to purchase. Would you guys know what size I need?
Also, I'd need to buy a new crank pulley bolt. Any ideas on where to get a new one?
