First question is pertaining to the dallas plant. I found the following decal that was used on Fords built at the Dallas plant. Thing is though I passed the photo along to Bob Hoyt and he recreated it back in '06, I have since found a better photo below that I sent him to improve his decal.

But I wanted to ask what were the dimensions of this decal? They dont pop up that often on Ebay and when they do they are way too pricy for me to purchase one to get the measurements.





Would like to put one back on my '56 built at the dallas plant, but dont want to go with one too big or too small.

Second question, What tire did Ford use in '56 brand wise, Ive heard Ford was real close with Firestone and I was going to go with Firestone biasply tires, but I noticed that the BF Goodrich tires are smaller than the Firestone tires of the same 6.70-15. I currently dont have any of the orignal tires and my research Ive done indicates I need to go with a 6.70-15, but that 1/2" taller Firestone tire might fill out the fenders better than the BF Goodrich, but since this is a concourse restoration that I want to be able to drive enjoy and show, I want to go with the correct items if possible.
