Still waiting on a call from the owner, I might buy it. He also has a 66 that's been wrecked no motor or trans but still has some good parts left on it.
[QUOTE=351Cleveland C4;14560703]That's interesting. I don't think I've seen one of those before. Looks like a '70 f350? What motor?[/QUOTE
It's a 70 350 as to the motor, not sure, the owner was not there so I didn't want to touch anything. I called him and left a message, just waiting for him to call me back.
These trucks, (the guy has a 66 a 68 a 73 and this 70 camper)
all on his property. Nothing has moved for at least eight years. I finally spoke with him today, and guess what? Nothing is for sale!! He's going to fix them up one of these days.
On a happier note, he did call me back this afternoon, said he will keep my number in case he changes his mind.
That sounds like a definite maybe or maybe not. We'll see.
Sounds like my neighbor that has a Porsche 356 that I have never seen move in 13 years. He gets angry if someone asks him if he'd be willing to sell it. People are irrational nut-jobs.
