69 ford F100

What sizes tires come on the truck from the factory.

They would've been under a different sizing system at the time, but 235/70/15.

J78-15....... equivalent to today's P-metric sizing --> P225/75R15 and P235/70R15

Hio, my dad's 72 F-100 came stock with G-78 Goodyear street tires as he didn't specify any special tires when he ordered it.

My father's '71 F-100 (which I now own) also had G78x15 tires.

What I posted above came from Ford's brochure.

My '70 F100 still has what I believe what was the original bias ply spare and it is wearing a G78x15.
