Lost Power Steering

I have a 2003 Expedition Eddie Bower. My power steering failed. Replaced pump, rack and pinion, return hose, blew out cooler and it was clear. Problem went away for a month or so and now returned. Any ideas?

Is the power steering fluid level up to specs?

Check your steering column U joint just above the rack. It is probably rusted or dry. Spay it with a good penetrate several times .
