I see no water damage myself in the pics provided. I would change the rockers as a unit myself.

Suggestions where to get those? Shops been doing some searching and only found you can buy the rockers for 50 bucks a piece or 67 per cylinder from ford.

Dealer. Get them in sets.. 1 exhaust 1 intake is a set. You can also get the whole rail.
Lots of rust in that pump.
I dont understand the need to pull the cab or turbo to do this job. Its possible to have pump in hand in 1.5 hours.

Sinex all the brown staining is rust.

I could not tell that. I thought it was just some general oil from removal..good eye

That amount of staing is enugh to void a warrenty claim and get an insurance claim paid. A fuel sample of 50ppm h20 or about a tablespoon full is all it takes.
