I've seen this on many older trucks--don't think it's an optical illusion. The gap between the bed and the cab is smaller at the top than the bottom, making the truck look like an old worn-out horse.
What is the cause of this and how can I correct it? I find it hard to believe that the frame itself has actually sagged.
That truck also looks like its been hit and has pulled the the bottom corner of the bed backwards.
I held a ruler up to your picture, along the bottom of the cab and back to the front of the rear tire, and it actually looks pretty straight. Except for where the bed got pushed in.

Thanks, everyone. I've looked at the cab mounts, but only to check for rust. They're solid, but I didn't inspect the rubber. I'm assuming I can replace the rubber without removing the cab completely?
And yeah, there's a dent below the hole where there used to be an auxiliary fuel tank. Not the only dent on the truck, either! Gonna start work on the body this fall.
