94 Flareside
I have a 94 Flareside with a bedliner. The plastic at the rear tie downs has been cut out. Can anyone tell me how far down from the top, or up from the floor can I find and cut bedliner for front tie downs? Are they in the corner at the same height as the rear ones?

An image would help, but the tie downs in the beds of our trucks are metal. So this plastic you speak of is strange.
As far as the distance from bottom the metal tie towns, it's the same.

I meant the bedliner, as far as the plastic. Going to use a spade bit to inspect the area, then a dremmel with cutoff wheel to open it up. Thanks for the reply!
