Chasing my tail again!

That's what were working toward. We've got to check our local Radio Shack for parts. My previous posting was more or less an update, not a continued cry for help.

May I suggest, the EEC relay powers the FP relay, here's the test for the EEC relay,
<table class="ADVV1-HotlineArchives-Whites" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td class="ADVV1-HotlineArchives-LeftRuledRows">
</td> <td class="ADVV1-HotlineArchives-RuledRows"> 1. Go to the Electronic Engine Control (EEC) Relay. Check for battery voltage on the Black/Yellow (BK/YE) wire from the fuse link. Check for battery voltage on the White/Light Blue (W/LB) wire with the key on from the ignition switch. Check the Black (BK) wire for a good ground. If all OK, there should be battery voltage out of the relay on the Red (or possibly Blue fuse link) wire. If there is none, inspect the connections at the relay. If OK, replace the relay and retest.
2. To verify that the EEC relay is the only fault, jump the BK/YE wire to the Red (or Blue) wire. This should power the system up and the truck should start and run.
</td></tr></tbody></table>
