I can't tell you what the part number is but my truck was wondering (2wd) a little when going down the road. Les Schwab replaced them. Although they were worn the truck still wondred and it turned out to be the long side of the tie rod.
Those are the Ford part numbers if you want to go OEM rubber. You can get a set from Energy Suspension that are polyurethane. Better IMO. And prolly cost less. I just got a set for my truck for $45.00.
The part number for the E99 (before March 99 build date), is 4.5192 .
But before buying, measure the diameter of your sway bar. That part number is for the 32mm (1 1/4 in) sway bar.
I suspect the OP had longer aftermarket links mounted as part of the lift kit he is now removing. So no matter what type of bushing is in the eyelets, he still needs the OEM length links.
Walleye Hunter... check that your cast pillow block endlink mounting points are inside the frame rails, not reverse mounted underneath the frame rails, as is commonly done on lift kit installations.

Now we're talking. I did find one for the right side on flea bay and that is exactly what it looks like and it is nothing like the ones that are on there now.
