01 f250 won't fire

White smoke indicates the injectors are firing but maybe not enough. You require an ICP of 500 to start. Check oil level. If you can, monitor ICP.
1/4 tank is the magic spot for fuel cutting out if the pickup foot is broken in the tank. Top off. If that fixes it, prepare to repair it.
Is it excessively cold where you are? Wouldn't think so unless you're from down under.

It was the fuel level. Put 5 more gallons in it, it spun for about 5 seconds and fired right off. I guess even though the gauge was reading right at a quarter tank, the incline maybe made the level too low?? I've run it below 1/4 tank on the road before with no issues. Thanks for the help guys.
