Oil leak please help

Ok i couldnt find anything under the pedestal or the turbo so i removed the flywheel cover and it does not look like there is anything leaking there down from up top (valley) looks like when i removed that cover the rear side of the crank near the oil pan looks like it leaking from right there the 10 mm bolts that hold the oil pan were kind of loose
Where to go from here i dont know ???
