Yep fiberglass reinforced panel. I saw someone else use it so we shall see. Board cost $34 and printing was $28. Still way ahead of a cardboard liner.
Interesting, didnt think that stuff was flexable enough. I sell that at a lumberyard I work at... Like $16 a sheet and the prints I was able to print at work. Let me know how it goes please, Im interested. I was going to try using a 1/8" Homasote, but that'll last longer if it works.
Robert, just making a comment in reference to how the guy wanted you to send him the part and he would decide on if he wanted to pay for it or not. I most certainly believe ya. Nobody could just make that up. Can't believe what he was thinking. Did he really think you would just send the part.

He thought that, then when he came here to complain, he thought he would get everyone to side with him that what he wanted was the right thing to do.
On another note, the thank you I mentioned earlier was for members on this forum as well as one of the other forums I frequent.
There were two members on this site who gave hard luck stories, one was a female "Gamergirl" or something close to that. She had an issue with her Bump truck and how mechanics were taking advantage of her yaadaa yaadaa. She then asked about an original radio, Myself and another member put together a complete radio package for her. Radio, Bezel, speaker, speaker bracket and some other odds and ends. I shipped it to her on my dime, not asking for a penny from her at all. She received the package, and to this day, not even a Thank you.
Same goes for the other member, sent a package to him, only charged him $10.00 for shipping, it cost twice that. I didn't charge a dime for the parts. Once again, not even a Thank you.
I say all this because I see a lot of people wanting the PDF headliner pattern, hopefully they are at least saying thank you to whoever they are getting it from.
Hey Gangster, I got the pdf I've forwarded to others in this forum from Bloomfield . This forum has been great to me for help when I needed some since I was (and still are) a beginner. However, now I find the pdf was yours.
So thanks for the help you gave me I didn't know about and Thanks for all the other help you give to make this forum so valuable.

I was responsible for the pattern. I traced the original headliners all four pieces. I tried to make it full proof for transfering to a material to make the headliners out of. Broomfield and I talked, I sent him the patterns. He's computer savvy so he put them to PDF form. He also had to tweak my original patterns to make them work right.
The thanks goes to "Broomfield" without his work, I would still have patterns.
I take only a little credit, Broomfield deserves the credit though.
This thread has been so very helpful to many of us . many of our trucks would not be getting as far as they are without the help of so many generous and knowledgeable members .
