Start looking for your exhaust leak on the up-pipes. And check everything you put your hands on. Make sure you got the MAP hose reattached.

Did you plug the VGT back in? How do you know you have no boost, the noise or just the performance, try to disconnect the battery's and reset the ecm.I have done quite a few of the 6.0 EGR delete kits and never had a problem like this, there were no rags left in the turbo or the tubes? Maybe someone else has an idea about this.

I am with ^^^^ on this. Time to recheck the work.

Did it all fit back together without any force?
You can't use the clamps to pull the pipes. They need
to sit in the right place to start or your going to bend
something and get a leak in the process.

Check up pipes to turbo connection. They can be a battle. As stated above, the clamp will not slide it into place.
