R = San Jose CA Assembly Plant.
383059 = 1963, assembled February 1963.
122" Wheelbase.
M = Corinthian White.
F100 2WD, 5,000 lbs. GVWR.

B = Borg Warner T-86 3 Speed Manual with Overdrive Transmission.
12 = Ford 9" Rear Axle / 3.89-1 / No Limited Slip / 3,300 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.
5,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
135 net HP @ 3,600 RPM / RPM on plate is hard to read, it could also be 3800, but it's not 5000.
