Setup Menu Doesn't Work

I recently noticed some electrical problems with my truck. The doors don't auto lock and my truck can be started with a standard key and does not require a chipped key. I tried looking at the setup menu and I noticed that the only menu item is the language selection and that doesn't change.

I am not getting codes and my truck is running good overall. Any suggestions?
