Pull the dip stick and smell it? Do you smell fuel? Dump the oil if head gasket gone you will see antifreeze come out first before oil. If no antifreeze you may have seized the rings in the piston. Or it's just badly flooded from cranking. I would have a tech do HC test on cooling system. There should not be any hydrocarbon in the cooling system, tell him you want the HC test results. If HC in cooling system I wouldn't do just the heads! New heads on old block asking for trouble depending on miles.
