No problem. We tend to relax the rules a little for old trucks, for which parts are tough to find. I figure it might be hard for someone to find an Aerostar these days, so I will leave this thread here, but use PM if you want to contact each other. That is to prevent cluttering the forum with "For Sale" threads.
Good luck.

How crazy can it get! I decided to keep the van as it was better on gas mileage than my diesel pickup.
Pulled into the grocery store lot that afternoon, and an old rusted out beater Aerostar pulled in behind me, and the guy wanted to buy it on the spot. He said he had money with him and wanted to know what I wanted. Told him $3,000 jokingly. He said okay, we drove to my house, signed over the title and he gave me cash on the spot!

My old girl sets parked out on the street waiting for me to drive her. Sometimes sets for months without moving.
She gets a wash/wax several times a year, oil changes and the basic stuff.
Still shines almost like new, except for a few bumps and bruises.
Have people coming to the door wanting to buy her or putting please sell notes on her in parking lots. They get upset when I won't sell her on the spot. Lots of young large families looking for people movers.
