Based on what I can tell, it is pretty good but this is my first set of gears.

The bottom picture is more important. It's OK but not the best, there is a void on the upper left but as long as it is quiet...........

Not really how it should look.

 

Thanks for the reply. Any idea which adjustment would make it better?

Backlash is dead center of the range at 8 so I have some room there to move in either direction.

I am extremely patient, so will keep trying until I get it right.

 

It's not bad and is probably the way they were cut. The backlash isn't really as important as those markings even though they have specs for them. It looks like it might be quiet. The backside is even better.
