When I was trying to get the movable windows out of the donor cab for my truck, I broke at least 2 out of the 4. Maybe squirt some WD40 in there to help them slide out slightly easier. Remember, the plastic is old and quite brittle. Not the end of the world if you break them. I ordered new ones from a Ford dealership for 10 dollars or something.
Here's the number on the package when I got them.

If all else fails, NumbersDummy or Mike I forget how many zeros might be able to locate some from a NOS parts house.

Was a couple of years ago. Freese motors in Iowa had them. They aren't that complicated of a part, I'm surprised someone isn't reproducing them. Seems like there would be at least some demand. Especially with 3D printing or perhaps making one out of billet or something.

I'm familiar with Freese as their parts are listed on PartsVoice.com
I may not have asked my question properly, though. I can remove the entire movable window assemblies from the truck - in fact, the driver side comes off too easily. I am wondering how to remove D5FZ-73302A12-A from the metal hinge part. I've pulled, but would like to not break them if I don't have to.
One more question - when opening the rear movable window, does the black clip move (rotate) in the slot in the sheet metal by design, or does it stay put and the metal piece move inside the clip? I think the clip moves, and is itself the hinge?
Out of curiosity because I'm hoping to get one of these cruisers soon, if it has fixed rear quarters they can easily be swapped out to the pop out versions I'm guessing?

Pretty easily. Just need to get the weather seals if possible. They are glued on and usually come apart in your hands. Just make sure to get all the associated pieces for the pop out windows. You will have to do some modifications to the mounting area for the latches and if you don't have the weatherseals, you will have to find them somewhere.
Cool, I spotted a few of these in the parts yard I got my CV front from for my '78. Now hopefully the F250SC I'm going to try to see this weekend is a good one...
