water leak

I just discovered a water leak at the fresh air intake under the wiper cowel the water leaks right into the cab pretty bad i can see there is a seal around it and figure thats the issue. It looks like a real pain to replace it, there is a big metal peice in the way and it looks like the blower housing has to come out any tricks to it.

Is it coolant, or just condensation from the A/C?

These trucks are known for windshield leaks that lead into the cab.
I would start with taking to a windshield shop and having them remove the windshield and reseal it. Although that is usually on the drivers side and leaks down behind the fuse box.

no it is definitely coming in at that air box location. I have isolated it to that fresh air intake but It looks like there is no easy way to get at it because there is metal above it. it looks like I have to take everything apart and replace the seal or I think I am just gonna cut the metal with a saws all and bend the metal back use a sealant called fusor to seal around it and bend the metal back and fusor that closed. fusor is a heavy duty seam sealer that stick to anything, and when it hardens it seals everything in its path shut and becomes hard as steel.
