Electrical Malfunctions!!!

My uncles cheby done this do your gauges return from normal and then seem to drop dead? We inspected his altenator it wasnt responsible but i could be, come to find out it was corosion build up on the battery terminal clean and inspect your underhood wiring and see if it helps. It could be something that simple or it could be a really bad ground out.

Electrical Malfunctions!!!

Well I looked under the hood & found out what caused the damage...
I have a wire for my plow lights that connects to the pos. battery, well when I just recently put in my new K&N air filter I forgot to tie the wires for my plow lights & they got tangled in the radiator fan chopping the wire that goes to the pos battery terminal.
I have no knowledge of electricity whatsoever, but im guessing its not too good what happend.
Where do I go from here???
I checked all fuses all checked out good...now what???

Thanks.....

Electrical Malfunctions!!!

Remove (and repair or eliminate for now) any damaged wiring to the plow, repair any other damage and charge the battery before checking the charging system. Let us know what it does with a full charge.
