Bolt spacing and backspacing ?
Hey all Im wanting to replace my rims and tires with some 17 to 20 in rims and tires. My question is what is the bolt spacing and backspacing of the original rims so I know what will fit. My truck is a 79 F150 2wd 400 4 spd 3.00 9 in rearend 133 in wheelbase. Thanks for the help.

birdog, your bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5".
I'm not sure of your stock backspacing, but I think it is 4.5" on a 2WD. The reason I say this, is that my spare wheel measures 4.5", and I think its for a 2WD.

Thanks loneranger for the info, thats what i was looking for, along the same lines does anyone know what years will fit my 79 or are they all interchangable. Thanks again I always find the information and helpfull people here ,I Love this sight!!!!!
