Ya it should be John. Something you don't see everyday! Maybe possibly could be needing a little suspension work.

Yea trying to decide on what to use on it. a setup I just pulled from a 250 with Alcoa wheels or ones from a f100 with car pattern.

Well out here messing with it. Put the car pattern front end in it an figured out rear end won't work because it don't have a vss on it to run speedo. So looks like it will get the 3/4 suspension.

Methinks it's a 5 lug pattern, not the 8?

It's 5 lug on 4.5 in bolt pattern. Came on the early 80s f100
Same as a ford car so there is a better choice of wheels. But it's a 9in rearend and don't have any way to run the speedo. Plus I could put a taller gear in it a slow the motor down some for cruzin down the highway.

Looks like it is in the back because it is squatting.
