CanBUS Interface - How To Wire?

I would like to install aftermarket front parking sensors in my 2005 F150. The sensors have an ECU module which wires into the truck's CanBUS which turns them ON when the truck is moving at below 6mph. Attached is a wiring diagram.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the F150 or know which wires the module needs to tap into?

Here's a diagram of the module communications for a 2005 off of Autozone's site. They have a lot more on their site if you need more.
