I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for a p-400 panel truck from 1975? I am having some starting issues (no spark, but good turn over) and since it still has the original wiring I thought I would go about replacing the ignition/spark wires rather than trying to find a short/broken wire. I looked at a bunch of harnesses (painless, centech, etc.) and just don't want to spend that much.

 

I don't have a diagram, but does it have a ignition module mounted somewhere with wires going to the distributor? That would be something to suspect first. Also make sure you have voltage on the coil + while it's turning over.

 

Standard or DSII Ignition ?
