may i ask..is it your stock dash guage thats telling you low?? or do you have some other instrument telling you that?
at Idle are your lights dim? but when you increase engine rpm the lights go bright? if your engine is idling at the proper rpm, have you changed any pullys?..the standard alternator must turn at least 1800 rpm at an idle for most of its output Re-pully ratio's
