I just got a 1994 ford f350 for my 1953 ford f350 the ser. 1FTJW36H5REA32380 I need to know the engine, trans, front and rear ends ,gears.

Will you be using the truck for towing or just for fun? With your user name I am assuming towing. The reason I ask, is if you are using it just for daily driving then you would be better off getting a transmission out of a 150 because it is a true 5 speed with a more useable 1st gear and better gear spacing. The zf series is a 4 speed with 1st being what used to be called "low." Great for getting a load moving, but useless for daily driving.
