Need some opinions

I have a 2002 SuperCrew 4x4 with the 5.4L engine and 135000 on it. I have been looking for a F250 and found a guy who wants to trade his 1999 F250 4x4 super duty crew cab(also has 4 doors) also has the 5.4L with 155000 miles on it. I don't really know much about the 99 5.4L engines. I have had no problems with mine so if the 99's are as good should be no problem. Also, it is 3 years older and 20000 more miles. I would like to hear some thoughts on this.

Years and miles do make a difference, I personally would not do it.

lot of improvements between 1999 and 2002. If you REALLY need a F250 it would be something to think about, but personally I would rather have the 2002 F150.
